Introduction

GS Trucking (gs-trucking) is a full trucking job for your server: interactive loads, legal and illegal hauls, reputation, rentals, and a polished tablet / phone UI for QBCore, Qbox, and ESX. Twelve bundled jobs ship ready to run. Other resources can post their own jobs at runtime through exports.

Built for cities that want a real trucking scene, not a press-E-and-teleport job. Players hitch a trailer, load cargo with a forklift, handler, hose, or Cargobob, then haul across the map and climb the standings board.

Ships ready to run: auto database setup, 12 pre-configured loads, bundled locales, and public docs. Open the depot app from a standalone tablet item (or /truckertablet), lb-phone, lb-tablet, Quasar, okokPhone, yseries, or 17mov Phone.

Included jobs

Twelve configured loads across ten cargo types. Every job is editable (pay, routes, trailers, extras, reputation gates, cooldowns) and you can add more in Config.Loads or from another resource.

Loading trailers

Hitch, back into the bay, and load. Forced heading keeps the trailer facing the dock. Addon trucks can use the attach-any-trailer bind.

Custom jobs from other resources

Other scripts can inject a job card without you editing Config.Loads. A business restock, a fuel import, an event haul: same table shape as a bundled load.

Line up cargo, dummy outlines, and hose attach points with /gettraileroffset. Prints Config.Loads offsets and copies them to the clipboard.

Trucking warehouse

Default depot coords are built for a modified version of the free warehouse MLO by G0d3sm1wa7o. World collisions and YMAPs around the loading bay were cleaned up. Use another warehouse only if you move the depot, ped, rental, and load coords together.

Introduction

GS Metal Detect (gs_metaldetect) is an item-based metal detecting activity. Players equip a detector, walk and face the signal, then dig when the LCD locks on. Batteries drain while you scan. Dig sites spawn across hotspot beaches and inland zones, with weighted loot.

Auto-detects QBCore, Qbox, and ESX, plus ox_inventory when it is started. Owner edits stay in shared/config.lua, client/edit.lua, and server/edit.lua. Paste-in item defs ship in items/. Bundled locales and public docs.

Using the detector

Use a detector item to equip. Walk toward the beep, face the site until the bars climb, then press E to dig. Put it away with F. Toggle scanner audio with R. Dead battery? The LCD shows NO PWR. Use a battery item while the detector is still in your hands.

Follow the signal along the shoreline

LCD scanner

A custom LCD HUD shows signal bars, battery charge, detector label, and a material reading when a site is identified (SCRAP, COPPER, STEEL, PARTS, TECH, SILVER, GOLD).

Three bundled detectors: Basic, Advanced, and Pro. Higher tiers scan farther and drain slower. Charge is stored on the item.

When you are close enough, the HUD prompts you to dig. The server rolls loot from common, uncommon, and valuable pools. Skill hooks can change odds, scan range, drain, and dig cooldown. Loot names live in Config.Loot.

Hotspots and zones

Sites spawn across bundled beach hotspots and inland zones. Hotspots bias toward valuable finds. Optional map blips can show only while a detector is equipped. Add or move zones in Config.Zones. Tune spawn count and respawn in Config.Sites.
